Friendly staff made it pleasant

The staff here treated me like family, always eager to help. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet, making for restful nights during my week-long stay.

However, the bathroom cleanliness was a letdown. The lighting felt off too, with the sink area too bright and no good nightstand light for late-night reading.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

My stay was disappointing due to several issues. First, the room was supposed to have a king-size bed, but when we arrived, we found ourselves in a smaller room. The TV didn’t work properly, and instead of receiving an upgrade for the inconvenience, we were downgraded, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired compared to what I expected based on the hotel's reputation.

wow, what an experience at this so-called hotel! the dirty floors left my feet black and made me wonder if cleanliness was optional, and the heater was a joke—just on or off, how quaint! to top it off, no one even thought to offer me a complimentary upgrade for putting up with such chaos. i just couldn’t leave a good review.
